Another uninteresting week for new releases. Glad I still have some of those rentals lying around.
I would really really love to see this, IF I had seen Toy Story 2 and remembered anything about Toy Story. I'll watch it someday, but this is not that day.
It had potential until Megan Fox showed up in the trailer sporting that ear-bleed inducing Southern accent. I don't want to be a hater, but damn girl, hire a vocal coach.
I've made my feelings about Jonah Hill clear more than once, so until I get a report that he downplays his potty-mouthed obnoxiousness, I won't even consider seeing it.
So I still have all the same rentals I had this time last week, except for The Road. Remember back when I was watching 3 movies a day so I could post enough reviews to hit the big 300 by the blog's third anniversary? I'm still on break from those draining three months and am happily averaging one to two films a week now.

You should check out the Toy story films again, and I don't like to say that much because I know everyone does. But they are just incredibly well done. Granted I only vaguely remember TS2. It's been 11 years, my memory isn't that good.
By the way, love the new site layout :)
About time! Finally, somebody else in the same boat as me for Toy Story. It's been years since I've seen the first, and I don't believe I've seen all of the second. I feel like such a movie-nerd outcast, as everybody is always like "the Toy Story movies are some of the greatest movies ever made! Toy Story 3 is the second (or third) coming!"
As for Cyrus... I'm pretty sure almost *every* review is saying how different Jonah Hill is in this movie.
I'm more excited to see Cyrus than Toy Story 3, but I'm sure we'll see both in theaters. No interest in Hex, save for the surprisingly decent cast they rounded up.

Univarn-I'll definitely watch Toy Story again, and then see the sequels. We plan on getting all the Pixar films and classic animated Disney films for our kiddo. Glad you like the new layout. I fear change.
Nick-I actually don't anticipate animated films at all, since I almost never see them in the theater.
Fletch-Toy Story 3 and Cyrus will be eventual rentals, but I'll only see Hex if I'm desperate to bag on Megan Fox one afternoon, and that just seems petty. Glad you like the layout. I did it last week. I know you're not a fan of the black background, but I feel the same about a white background.
