Wow...just wow. What is there to say about a film focusing on an abstinent teenage girl who learns she has vagina dentata after some creepy bloke sporting a Jonas Brothers' purity ring tries to rape her?
Teeth is definitely original and commands your attention. It's not necessarily good or bad. Though it supplies a few laughs, it's not outright hilarious and fails at being serious when it intends to be. It's really too weird to piece together coherent thoughts about this one. And if there was some deeper message, it was lost on me.
It was like being confronted with a horrific multi-vehicle accident: I just couldn't look away, but that's not indicative of great cinema, just great shock value.

NOTE: I used all my self-restraint to not call this film a "biting satire." Aren't you glad I saved you from that awful pun?
